Know the costing before you build
and be charged exactly that.
No price list, because no two projects are the same. Instead: a transparent method that turns your spec into one fixed quote — with a guarantee that we hold to it.
Three steps to a fixed price for the whole project.
Before any code, a short paid sprint turns your idea into a complete, buildable blueprint. By the end you know exactly what you're building — and exactly what it costs.
Project definition
We map the idea with you — goals, users, constraints and the real problem underneath. The fuzzy brief becomes a clear, agreed scope everyone can see.
Delivery specification
Senior engineers write the full blueprint — every screen, integration and edge case. It's buildable, defensible, and yours to keep, whether or not you build with us.
Proposal & fixed price
The spec is scored into one fixed quote for the entire build. At this point you know the price of the whole project — before you commit a single dollar to development.
A fixed fee, known before you start. Where you land depends on the complexity of the project — screens, integrations and depth of the problem — and may vary as scope becomes clear.
What you walk away with.
A complete package, not a pitch. Everything you need to build — with us, with your own team, or with an AI agent — plus the numbers to decide with.
The specification — build-ready
A complete, properly formatted specification of the whole product. It's written so any capable AI agent can build directly from it — provided that agent is properly tuned — as readily as a human engineering team can.
The proposal
The spec turned into a plan you can act on — scope, price, timeline and terms in one document. It's built directly from what was specified, so there's nothing hidden and nothing to renegotiate: proceeding is a simple yes.
The exact timeline
A precise duration for the build — measured in days or weeks, never open-ended months and years.
The exact cost
One fixed figure for the entire project — the exact amount the build will cost, known before you commit a single dollar.
Inside the proposal — and how you say yes.
The proposal is the spec turned into a plan you can act on. Everything is priced, scheduled and scoped in one document — so accepting it is a single, confident decision, not a negotiation.
Scope, timeline and one fixed price, all in writing. Take your time — nothing is locked until you sign.
One approval confirms scope and freezes the price. No back-and-forth, no surprise line items.
Work begins immediately against the agreed spec — and the pricing works exactly as laid out below.
Every screen, feature and integration from the spec, listed as what will be built.
The exact cost of the whole build — the figure you're charged, with no overruns passed to you.
A precise schedule in days or weeks, with milestones you can hold us to.
Payment schedule and the fixed-price guarantee, in plain language — no fine print.
Charged exactly what was promised
Once your quote is frozen, it's frozen. If the build turns out to cost more than we estimated, that overrun is ours to absorb — it never reaches your invoice. You commit to one figure, with confidence, and that figure is exactly what you pay.
From spec to a single fixed quote
We score the real work in your spec — screens, integrations, edge cases — as complexity points, then map those points to a published rate schedule that's the same for every client. The result is a number that's explainable line by line, not one you're asked to trust.
A paid sprint — and the spec is yours.
Pricing begins with a fixed-fee spec sprint. You know the fee up front, and what it buys is genuinely yours: a complete, buildable blueprint you own and can walk away with — whether or not you go on to build with us.
Two moments, no surprises
First, a fixed fee for the spec sprint — which buys a blueprint you keep. Then your fixed build quote, billed as each milestone is completed and reviewed. You pay for finished work, never ahead of it, and never a rupee more than the total you approved.
Only if you ask
Your quote moves only when you decide it should. Ask for something outside the agreed spec and we describe the change, price it, and wait for your explicit approval before any work starts. No assumptions, no silent additions — the baseline you approved stays the baseline.
Everything to ship — plus add-ons
Your build quote covers development, testing, senior review, and a clean handover of code, docs, and a runbook. Nothing essential is carved out to shrink the headline number. Deployment and ongoing run-and-maintain are available as clearly-priced options, never assumed.
Why no price list?
Because a fair price depends on the actual work. We price your spec, not a template — so you never subsidise someone else's complexity or overpay for simplicity. And if it costs more than we estimated, that's on us, not you. You own the spec either way.

Start with a conversation. We'll take it from idea to a spec you own — then a fixed price you're held to.
