You'll sit with clients at the start of a project and turn a vague idea into a specification precise enough to build and fair enough to price.
What you'll do
- Run discovery with founders and technical teams
- Write complete, testable specifications the agents can build from
- Score complexity honestly, including the parts nobody wants to quote
- Hand the spec over — it belongs to the client either way
What we're looking for
- A background in engineering, and the patience for requirements work
- Ability to say "that will cost more" in the room, early
- Exceptional written English
