You'll own features end to end — from an owned spec to production — working alongside a network of AI agents that handle the throughput. Your judgment on architecture, quality, and edge cases is what makes the work shippable.
What you'll do
- Turn specs into production software with agent assistance
- Review and harden agent-built code to a senior bar
- Own architecture decisions and the tests that define "done"
- Deliver clean handovers — code, docs, and runbooks
What we're looking for
- 5+ years shipping production web applications
- Strong across a modern stack (TypeScript/Node, React, SQL)
- Comfortable owning quality — testing is a habit, not a chore
- Clear written communication for an async, senior team
Nice to have
- Experience working with coding agents or LLM tooling
- Infrastructure / DevOps fluency (Docker, CI/CD, cloud)
